By placing an order with us, you agree to these policies.

Shipping

We aim to ship every Friday and Monday. However, we are a small business and sometimes may need more time to process your order. Please give us 5-7 days to process your order. Pre-orders have their own system and details can be found below the product description.

Exchanges + Returns.

No returns or exchanges allowed on any products bought online or in person, all sales are final.

However, we do offer a hassle-free return policy for items that are damaged or defective upon arrival. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. However, we do not accept returns for items that have been used or altered in any way. We also reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges for customers who frequently return items.

Chargebacks & Disputes

We take chargebacks and disputes seriously, and we reserve the right to take legal action against customers who file fraudulent chargebacks or disputes. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us first to resolve the issue. If we are unable to resolve the issue to your satisfaction, you may file a dispute or chargeback, but please note that we will provide evidence to dispute fraudulent claims.

Fraud Prevention

We take fraud prevention seriously and may require additional verification from customers who have suspicious order activity. This may include requesting additional identification or payment verification. We reserve the right to cancel orders or refuse service to customers who engage in fraudulent activity.

Order Cancellations

We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your order. However, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee if the order has already been processed and/or shipped. We also reserve the right to refuse future orders from customers who frequently cancel orders.

What if I obtained the wrong items?

Please message us your order number and a description + picture of what you obtained. We willl do our best to get your items to you asap.

What if I put the wrong address?

You have 48 hours to change your address. If we happen to ship your order before you change it, you will have to contact USPS or UPS. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

When do you ship?

We try to ship every friday and Monday but sometimes may need more time! <3 Please Allow for 5-7 Business days for us to process your order.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at the moment.

Do you sell wholesale?

Only for retail locations, please contact us.

Where do you vend?

Usually in Los Angeles, we try to vend once a month but sometimes that's not possible.
