  • Will the new U.S. tariffs affect my order?

    In April 2025, the U.S. government introduced a 10% tariff on all imported goods and a 125% tariff specifically on goods imported from China.

    We know this situation isn’t fair to our loyal customers. These new tariffs place a significant burden on small businesses like ours, but we’re doing everything we can to absorb as much of the cost as possible—for as long as we can.

  • Returns & Exchanges

    Returns and exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please read the product description carefully for sizing and details before purchasing.

    • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
    • We gladly accept returns for items that arrive damaged or defective — just contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
    • Items must be unused and unaltered to qualify for a return.
    • We reserve the right to decline returns or exchanges for customers with a history of frequent returns.

    Chargebacks & Disputes
    We take chargebacks seriously and reserve the right to pursue legal action in cases of fraud. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us first—we’re happy to help resolve it.

    Fraud Prevention
    To protect our customers and business, we may request additional verification for suspicious orders. We reserve the right to cancel orders or refuse service in cases of suspected fraud.

  • Shipping

    We aim to ship every Friday and Monday. However, we are a small business and sometimes may need more time to process your order. Please give us 5-10 business days to process your order. Pre-orders have their own system and details can be found below the product description.

    Available for retail locations only, but we’re happy to discuss other possibilities—feel free to contact us.

    Order Cancellations

    We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your order. However, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee if the order has already been processed and/or shipped.

  • What if I put the wrong address?

    You have 48 hours to change your address. If we happen to ship your order before you change it, you will have to contact USPS or UPS. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We are always happy to change your shipping address if the order hasn't shipped yet.
