4. Termination: This agreement is effective upon download and will remain in effect until terminated by the Provider or the User. The Provider may terminate this agreement if the User violates any terms outlined herein.

5. Disclaimer: The wallpaper is provided "as is" without any warranties or guarantees. The Provider is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the wallpaper.

6. Acceptance: By downloading the wallpaper, the User acknowledges that they have read and understood this agreement and agree to abide by its terms.
